Trump-Vance ticket has done combined 54 interviews since last month compared to only 11 for Harris-Walz
Former President Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, have sat down for at least 54 interviews since the Harris-Walz ticket was formed, compared to just 11 non-scripted interviews for the Democratic presidential ticket thus far.Trump spoke with supporter Elon Musk in his first interview since the assassination attempt against him on Sunday. He also sat down for an interview with Fox News contributor and Washington Post columnist Marc Thiessen. Vance sat down with CNN's "State of the Union," CBS' "Face the Nation" and NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday, while Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign announced she did another interview Monday with syndicated radio host Stephanie "Chiquibaby" Himonidis for her show on Nueva Network. It will air Tuesday morning and marks just her fourth solo interview as the Democratic candidate.Harris was interviewed by Action News 6 ABC on Friday in Philadelphia, which came on the heels of a report that her campaign is looking for her to do more local interviews in swing states like Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, Trump was interviewed by Fox News anchor Trace Gallagher in a conversation that aired Friday evening.
