The star is eager to move forward with her life, but disentangling herself from the Coyote Pass property is proving more challenging than expected. Despite her desire to leave the past behind, legal hurdles are complicating her plans to sell her share of the land.

While Christine called the move to be near Maddie a "no-brainer," Janelle acknowledged that selling her stake in the land is not as straightforward as she had hoped.

"I really have no legal rights to make any kind of claim on Kody's property. We're not legally married," she admitted, revealing the complexities of her situation.

Janelle Brown's latest business venture, coupled with purchasing a new home, is a testament to her determination to forge a fresh path.
