During a chat with The Hollywood Reporter, Jolie spoke about her plans to leave Los Angeles, travel the world, pursue her career, and be surrounded by her loved ones.
The actress revealed that although she's done with LA, she can't leave because of her ongoing divorce battle with Brad Pitt and their custody agreement regarding their kids.
The agreement states that Pitt has visitation rights to their youngest kids, Vivienne and Knox, which means she can't move away with them.
However, Jolie will be free to leave LA once they turn 18 in July 2026. The agreement only applies to the twins, as their four other kids are already adults.
During the interview, Jolie said, "I grew up in this town. I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they're 18, I'll be able to leave."
